i got 10 mm spacers on the back too , how much would you want for them ? when ? red robin offered me his but i have to pay some one to fit them so worked out cheaper to buy new cause no one really wanted to fit used springs do they drop a full 40 mm ? from std ed 30 height ?

IMO anything under 40mm isn't worth bothering with, because you will struggle to notice the difference, just bare in mind that performance springs on standard shocks, can shorten the life of the shocks.
I've had performance shocks and springs before (Eibach and H&R), but I'll always go for coilovers from now on, just a much better solution, with the option to alter height.

40mm drop - would that cause any problems with a fully loaded (ie 5-people + luggage) going over speed bumps or hard cornering?
