What did you and your MKV do today?

Added a 10" screen for Android Auto and reverse camera, and a maglock phone charger to the car as I prefer the OE DAB headunit than the aftermarket HU's after trying them out over the years. All works well

Acquired parts and loom made for fitting a washer fluid level sensor. I still have to tape and sleeve it, but good to go
Need to find some time to fit and code in
I have also bought the larger 5.5 litre reservoir to replace the current 3 litre one
UPDATE: Loom is now wrapped and shielded
Just waiting on the eBay 5.5litre reservoir

Took delivery of the 5.5 litre reservoir that is used with the headlight washer system. Weirdly this one came off a Seat Leon mk2 2010 without a headlight washer system or a level sensor, but all holes were there with factory bungs in which suits me fine. Pulled the level sensor bung out and fitted mine.

My GTI has the 10 speaker audio system not the usual 8, and the drivers side Mid was not always working unless the volume was cranked up.....then it came alive.
It was not the wiring to the door as that must be fine as the tweeter and bass speakers were fine.
The Mid speaker was fine as all were replaced a couple of years ago so as a last resort I decided to swap out the factory crossover (the 10 wire, triangular module that the door have) and it worked
I have full sound now and it also sounds better, so the original must have failed.
