How to remove front door card

Hi guys, I've bought some cd one switches and Mirror control joystick too  :pomppomp:
Im not 100% sure on how to remove the front door card to fit them tho, I've never ever had to do it and in my line of work not knowing how to remove the door card is pretty bad  :signLOL:
I just don't want to go in there pulling trims off and breaking them!
If anyone could a rough pointer on even were to start that would be great!
