I can fit the socket in. There isnt enough room then for the ratchet, never mind an extension. :sad1:

Came accross this but doubt 10mm hex is upto the torque need to undo & re tighten???

Are you sure you're undoing the right bolts??
There should be two traditional M14 hex head bolts that hold the carrier in place.

It looks like I am :confused: It's 2 M14 splined bolts holdin the Caliper on. Need the caliper off to remove the disc

You surely had the caliper off when you did pads? So all that is left is the carrier which is two M14 bolts. Don't go trying to split the caliper.
