Candy White Rocco **Now Blue Rocco R** P15 Update 15/10/12
MAT ED30:
Is the chassis bent? Looks like a new roof skin and a few other panels could be put back on track with a bit of hard ish work
Edit that just noticed your last post good on you for getting it back together

It was on a test drive after all the engine conversion was carried out and lost control, went over a central reservation, hit a wall and landed on my roof. Dont remember a lot to be honest as i blacked out. if the cage wasnt fitted i dont think id be telling the story today so i am very grateful for that! Just got to move on and put it in the past now, think i may be slightly more cautious when on track on the 13th after all this especially as its my 1st outing since al this happened. I think a lot of it was due to the fact i had racing semi slicks on and they were full of pick up from last track day and stone cold, therefore no grip on the back end and the car just stepped out on me. Its a hard lesson learnt and will try to get back into the swing of things.

The chassis wasnt bent at all mat, just needed a new drivers side leg and this was all due to the fact it had a cage fitted or there would have been nothing left to repair in all honesty.Nothing chassis wise moved due to the strength the cage had given it.

The chassis wasn't bent at all mate. The ram on my jig tells a different story...........
