Mk6 front badge - would it fit? Is there a difference like the rear?

I've got a mk6 rear badge so would like to get a matching set and get a front one.  Does anyone know if it is just a straight swap and is it like the rear badge and more 3D?

I think the Mk6 front is bigger so won't fit.

Ah cheers Steve, no worries, the regular mk5 one still looks great!
