I've had a Red Top 25 for about 4 months with no problems. I just cut battery tray down and used a traditional over battery clamp, nice to have colourful battery on show lol. Defo a brill mod lad anything that can reduce any natural understeer.

Does anybody know how to fit a proper mount in the rear (instead of the spare wheel) without drilling holes?

Heavy duty adhesive Velcro?

Cant wait to fit.  Booked in 1st Aug for cambelt so will be fitting then.  Bought a plastic battery box as found in the Golfs and A3s (the Cupra comes with a poverty spec material cover)

Transfered funds this morning, fitting 1st Aug.

I've seen the battery cages stuck on with epoxy resin, just don't press down too hard, so there's a bit of a gap to get a round/flexible coping saw blade in should you want to remove it.
