over boost problem (AMD remap)

Hi all,

I have a problem with my car,  it has just been mapped by amd (1.5 weeks ago) it made 341bhp ( K04 setup)


Now i keep getting this fault!!  it is doing my head in (i have to keep clearing it via vag com)

yep, no leaks,  changed valve.  still same problem.

Black smoke rips out of the back when this fault comes up. :sick:


feels like it is going to blow up soon.

Replaced Boost Pressure Sensor as well? iirc there are two varients, a 2.5 and 3.0 bar so if it's been replaced, was it with the correct one for your map?

I have 2.5 installed, i did have 3.0  but they removed it.
