Though one thing I feel I should point out is the carbon inserts aren't in the right way up, as the weave doesn't follow  :wink:

Yeah I thought that when placing all the parts together before sticking on, there was no orientation I could have the stickers which made the weave flow, but for what it is it's not too bad I guess.

Nice touches mate!

Cheers Mike, for the money and minimal effort there reasonable changes. I must admit I'm the same, very particular but more so on my 20vT Corrado project  :happy2:

How's the Leon coming along?

MaverickFSI:
Hey chaps,

Again nothing major just another subtle touch to, this time, lift the interior. I recently purchased a chrome headlight switch from Demon666, cheers bud  :happy2:, so I thought I'd share the removal & installation should anyone be considering the same up lift.

Original headlight switch;

Removal procedure;

Position the switch in the 'O' position, depress the switch, it will push back approx 5mm or so, then rotate the switch clockwise the 12 o'clock position. It should look like this...

Carefully extract the light switch, remember there's an electrical connector situated at the back, the light switch should come far enough out to allow easy access to connector itself.

Simply disconnect the electrical connector and connect to the new headlight switch and carefully insert the switch back in to the recess insuring it clicks in to place and wallah, brand new shiny headlight switch.
