Induction kits and MAF adaptor?

I'm after a Pipercross Venom Induction Kit - mainly after the looks really.

I have a MK5 1.9 TDi so where the airbox ends, you find the MAF.

At this point, its a wierd fitting and is also held on with 2 screws.  I've been looking for an 'adaptor' but cannot find anything online.

As you can see in the image below, its a wierd shape for a proper fitting.

Anyone have any recommendations?
