got my 973b clocks fitted in my 07 tdi yesterday....
only major issue that i can see is whether you have VDO or Visteon which seem to be harder to rewrite...
anyway kalu can sort them out...
great upgrade!!!

Done one yesterday for a forum member, as you say a great upgrade

That was me! Cheers eddie!

Hi, I have a golf 54 plate gt tdi, I do not know the number of my existing clocks, but I have purchased r32 clocks which end in 972 F
Will these fit in my car. The clocks are off a dsg car but mine s manual.
I'm in Manchester so I need to know if anyone can scan my car or check if they can fit.

Sorry to revive this thread - but i assume if you have any problems with the new cluster you can always put the old one back in and the car will start?

thanks!

Can anyone recommend a VAG commander on ebay which would work with a 2005 GTI?

Thanks!

Hi guys, ive purchased a VAG commander cable which came with v1.4.

However, I can't seem to see the 'Read/write IMMO data' option - have i missed a step?

thanks,
Dave
