Any tips on cutting a stardard mk5 golf lower valance?

will be putting my r32 exhaust onto my mates car, he goin to keep the stardard rear bumper while he saves up.
Any tips on cutting the holes on his rear bumper? Any pictures of ones done to boose our confidence? any threads?
