Kestrel Das-6 Problems

Hiya people,

im after some advise please, my kestrel is struggling with the gears.

It works absolutly fine on speed 5 and 6, really struggles with speed 4 and speeds 1,2 and 3 dont make the pad move.

Has anyone else has this problem, if so what was the fix?? is there anything i can do, i.e stripping it down etc

any help is grately apprecaited

might be worth having a look on detailing world mate,i wonder if its the brushes ?

As above, not heard of these failing. DW may reveal something.

its the speed controller,

just ordered a new one now from clean your car

just need to solder it in place then all will be fine, quite a common problem i think as they knew exactly what it was
