Really?  Perhaps a previous owner fitted the diagnostic cable?

Just to warn people considering buying spline bit sets, a spline is different from an XZN bit, the difference is in the angle of degrees on the splines of the 2 types of bit. Whether there is enough of a difference to make it not fit the bolt however, I'm not sure. I used a 12mm XZN bit and that fitted 100%. You don't want anything slipping when it comes to torquing up the bolt.
