Fitting new window and mirror switches? Can't find the guide, please help!

Hi guys, I know I saw a guide on here somewhere about how to fit the chrome window and mirror switches but I can't find it now :confused:

Can someone link me up asap please? Do you have to take the whole door card off??

Hoping to get this fitted after my dinner tonight in prep for edition, don't have time to do it any other time!
