They will rattle. You will have installed them correctly. No amount of tightening will stop them from making that clicking noise.

Best place for them is in the bin.

Cheap rose joints for ya.  Tbh, even the neuspeed ones I have haven't got the best rose joints, but they knock like the bsh ones do.
