Looking Good Daz, agree with the OEM look, makes me want to get some Monza II's on my stead, does a better job of filling the arch with the bigger wheels. Also have the flaps on mine and with the black plastic rear and side skirts they look real good. :happy2:
You got any plans to increase the spec on her? Xenon lights, etc

Wheels are mint mate. A credit to thier former owners :innocent: Not sure how long they will stay that way though as the wife uses the car every day. :scared:

Cheers Rich. The monza II's are a must mate. Just finish the car off IMO. Nice to hear you have got the mudflaps on too! :happy2: There is a few of us on the forum but I think you either love 'em or hate 'em. I love 'em
I would like to change a few things in the interior. an RCD 510 is top of the list then maybe Highline and MFSW. Will just bide my time on the right parts coming up. Externally I am happy with the looks though, anything I do change will be subtle!

Gaz just realised I messed up and called you Daz :ashamed: :scared:
Also noticed you have the winter pack so a Xenon retro fit would be fairly easy

:signLOL: It's cool mate. Greenouse did it a few posts back. It must be catching :signLOL:
ah ha! Does the winter pack have extra wiring in place for xenons Rich? May have to keep my eye out for a set. My old cooper S had Xenons and they were a bit improvement over standard ! :driver:
Richn83:
No the wiring isnt there but Kufatec do some wiring adapters, but by UK law you have to have self leveling and washers to have xenon lights, so you already have one of the box's ticked  And you will have the larger washer fluid tank and low washer fluid warning.
First time for Xenons for me on the GTI and I must say I love them, they are awesome on full beam as you get the standard main beam bulbs as well as opening up the aperture so an absolute flood of light. And the levelling check at start up is very cool!
