yea, you can ask, but if i told you id get shot down myself  :laugh: :laugh:

only joking, simple reason for me is the fact that the springs just dont go low enough, the springs make the car look like it should look std, the coilovers bring it down alot more, stupid reason really so im outta here before robin comes along  :P :fighting: :evilgrin:

Yeah see thats what i want! my mate has just put spings damper.. on his focus st and its nice but not slammed
and i just want the slammed look

Yeah the springs are around £140 try www.europerformance.co.uk

The reason I wouldnt go for springs alone is the fact that they can shorten the life of the shocks, so shocks and springs or coilovers.
