Power pulley is a lightweight bottom pulley that is meant to require less energy/power from the engine to spin it, effectively drawing/wasting less power from your engine
Negligible difference I bet but something I'll do as an enhancement.

Steve at Statllers confirmed you cant get the maximum power out of Stg 2+ without the RS4 valve as it gives the HPFP more headroom to work, it is only a £30.00 part also - but PITA to fit I believe.

I ran a lightened flywheel on a formula ford single seater race car as an experiment. General consensus was that for every 1kg off the flywheel should equate to 15kg off the car weight. We tried a flywheel with 3.5 kg off. That should equate to a weight saving on accelerated mass of some 52kg on a 420kg car.
According the the data logging on the car it made no difference at all to acceleration performance.
Save your money.
