If anyone can help me and point me in the right direction with any problems they may see it would be greatly appreciated.

Im just trying to build a strong enough case to show that the problem is not with my car but actually with the map

but im not very good with actually reading the info i have

OK.... easy way to prove that its the map.

Remove the Map with your Blufin box. Re-log the MAF airflow... and repost the values. Its easy to see that your current MAF figures are taking a big hit at 4500rpm.
