They havnt replied to my emails since friday which is very unusual for bluefin.

I shall contact them today and see how it goes

I find it's always better to phone them.

they are prepared to refund the stage 2 upgrade but not reset the handset so far

anyone got any advice how i can argue with them to get the handset for free??
