I'd gladly do both but I meant the bumper, I assume filler would just crack..... maybe some sort of resin?

Quite a few bodyshops do it nowadays as most cars on the road are 20% plastic, I dont think it would be a job you could take on yourself though.
If you ask nicely a certain Mr greenouse can put you in touch with some one in your area.  :party:
