Da Cat speaks da troof!

I certainly was expecting higher numbers from SC than from JKM but not quite so far out.

I was happy with my results, pretty spot on, though was hoping for slightly more, but accurate for me. Seems they had the rollers set up ok my derv

I agree with you RR to an extent. I, like yourself, been to rolling road days at JKM that were just as busy, and they do take the time to look at your graph with you at the end of your run and tell you if it looks ok, and if there are any potential issues with your AFR/curves/surprise numbers. However, we must take into account that Superchips are a mass-market tuner who do not have the specialist knowledge and expertise on the 2.0T engine that perhaps JKM would have - considering that VAG is JKM's primary focus. Also I appreciate that the day was very busy for them, so this wasn't really a big thing for me as there were plenty of knowledgable members of the forum around to help me out   I would like to thank them for fitting me in - even though I wasn't on the initial list. I can imagine after about 5 cars that it gets very boring for them!!!

I was a little disappointed to not see a graph showing my AFR though...

This thing about the intake temperature reading is strange that they were taking it from the interior? I'm sure theres a valid reason though? Well...I'd like to think there was lol!

What I found most interesting was the method of driving on the rolling road. Perhaps this is because it was a Maha roller and not a DD ?? But, the operator at Superchips (what was his name?) brought the car to a halt, and then slipped the clutch to get the car into what I assume was 4th or 5th gear? And continued accelerating from there. At JKM they don't let the car get to a halt, and start the run from a rolling point. I must admit, i wasn't too happy with them slipping the clutch in such a high gear..., but then again I'm probably just concerned about nothing.

It was a good day, and as others have said the main thing was to meet other people from the forum.  :happy2: Thanks again to Nathan for organising a great 3rd meet  :happy2:

Your number plate doesn't look sh!te, but I do have issues with your tow hook which nearly crippled me! Ironic but extremely funny that I had expressed concern about pedestrian safety at the Reading meet and then yesterday I walked into it without genuinely seeing it!!
