Decat downpipe fitted, my thoughts & turbo noise question

THS decat downpipe was fitted yesterday, main reason was to try and reduce the spool time.  I don't think it has made much difference to that but it does feel like it pulls harder and smoother.

I have noticed that there is a whining noise, I guess from the turbo and sounds like the police siren noise that people talk about before the turbo goes, I can only really here it very low down in the revs.  The turbo is only about 8 months old and i've only done about 5k so I'm hoping its just normal.

Any thoughts guys?

mine has a full milltek and mine has the same noise
