BWA 370bhp+ What is needed?

I would like to push my BWA engine a little harder,  What would be needed?  rods and both cams or just one?  anything else?

S3 or ED30 engine would be the way to go and probably cheaper in the long run.

Perhaps more cost effective to use a stage 2+ Cupra / S3/ ed30 engine

you could sell me your KO4 and associated parts from your BWA to assist in financing your big BHP new engine.

The R-Tech lads have a K04 equipped BWA pushing out 370bhp - they recon the engine does it no problems!
