Don't worry Mike, i was referring to the AXX/BWA conrods. As you know i have just fitted the BWJ engine in my gti and are aiming at 450bhp before i would consider changing conrods, i had 354bhp on my AXX conrods no trouble, ( we have checked the AXX conrods and they are still fine) .
A mate's BWA Leon ran just below 400bhp/app. 550NM of torque with water/meth and he bent one conrod, so still 3 left  :grin:

Just spotted this thread, got me a little worried now as I have no idea what my power/torque levels are across the rev range! :scared:
