You know what? The other day I was wondering about hacking my dashboard.

I thought about a pop-up thing for my TomTom on the dash, behind the driver's vent on the right.

But then I'd have to lose my vent, and I love that thing!

I've got one of these.
I like it because I've got no wires connected to cigarette lighter.
Only worth buying if you've got a single din radio which you dont want to change.
The price has actually been reduced from what is shown here.
Under £400 i think. Distributed in the UK by ScenicGroup.
I prefer Garmin but its not bad once you get used to it.

That's very neat and tidy but the screen is too small for my use and wouldn't display enough info I expect.
