Curious on seeing the results of using this. Did you manage to resolve the issue with the video.

I used it and it was good.  It didn't last anywhere near 20,000 miles for me. But I drive in traffic a lot so I am rarely going fast enough for the Gtech to do its work! Therefore I had my wipers most of the time which I expect reduces the life of the coating.

It really is fantastic stuff, especially when you work out how long it lasts in comparison to the cost.

we are closing in on fly season, sorry i mean summer, and it also helps reduce the amount of mess they make.

Take time to apply correctly and remove and you will be laughing.

To remove with G2 i generally do the wind screen in small squares and buff off with a cloth when the G2 is still wet.

I really like the stuff.  :happy2:
As was previously stated it does take a little more screen wash to clean grime off.
I do find that bug splats don't seem as hard to remove and with decent rain (more than spitting) you don't need wipers at speeds above 35-40! Also ice doesn't form as easily.

A video I got my fiancee to take while I was driving up the M6 in a mental storm:

Please excuse the poor quality mobile phone capture (I don't think we could have chosen lighting to give the camera a harder time).
I think it makes the point though.

Just shows how good this stuff is!

From a safety point of view this stuff is amazing.  If you hit a puddle and the water covers your screen there is hardly any of the no seeing where your going.

Even the GF thinks its good stuff, she drove one of the works pick ups that doesn't have the screen treated and was gob smacked at the difference in the rain!
