Matt finish products?

For anyone who has worked/detailed matt paints, can you recommend any products to use please? My motorbike is matt black and just need something to do a good job at finishing it off. Giving it the usual wash with soapy water etc tends to leave water marks and seeing as its matt I cannot polish marks out. Just wondering if there is anything on the market.

Aerospace 303 is supposed to be good at leaving a matt finish. I think most products will do well provided you apply sparingly and buff off.
