Spotted driving past Citygate Watford as I was pulling out of VW after they broke my oil filler cap and agreed to replace after I kicked off when checking my oil this morning......bloomin Stealers!!!

Looked nice and shiny in red  :happy2:

Yes mate, had my car serviced on the Tuesday and noticed they had broken my oil filler cap so was just taking it back so they could replace.....and pick up the cost!

What is your experience of Citygate?

Ive never had a problem with citygate,been taking my cars there for a fair few years now,but they did try to get me to have cam belt changed 3 months early and the cars only done 19000 mls.
If my memory serves me right i picked my car up at about 4pm and your silver ED30 was at the back of the carpark, mine was the steel grey on an 08 plate.

Probably not mine then as I was there in the morning around 9.30 for about 20 mins!

Oh well, will keep my eye out for you in future.

Yep Citygate have generally been ok but have had to bring them up on a few issues over the last 2 years of ownership!
