Hi Folks, has anyone made the transition (for whatever reason) from a generic map like Bluefin to a custom map like R-Tech, Revo, Shark, etc? Is the difference that noticeable do you think? I am on Bluefin Stage 1, whilst faster than stock, i'm not convinced 24/7..... :sad1:

Have you had the car on a RR to get the hp & torque output?

gigolo456:
Hi there, no i haven't, but i could (sometimes still can even, lol) tell that it's quicker when i put my foot down! Don't get me wrong, BF Stage 1 has provided me with a quicker car, no doubt, but i am seriously considering moving to Stage 2, intake, and Milltech exhaust, so wondering if i should upgrade to a custom map, with actual written readings!?

i had bluefin stage1 2 and 2+, revo blew the bluefin out the water when i moved to their map.

IMO bluefin stage1 is ok but once you start adding boltons you want your car on a rr while someone can tweek the settings of the map, not just another generic map sent over the internet.

There are people on here happy with their bluefin stage 2 and 2+ maps however

Cheers Ed, that's what i was thinking too!! I am pretty sure if i got the custom map, intake and exhaust, i probably wouldnt have much change out of £2k though!! On this theme, would doing all 3 on the same day be feasible do you think, or more practical doing at different times?

Cheers

Andrew
