Best lowering springs?

Jumping on the thread now, i've seen some people stating they have 35mm H+R springs but the lowest i've seen for the GTI is 30mm,

I'm i missing something?  :stupid:

i think maybe the gti springs are 30mm but the TDI ones are 35mm?

not sure on that as the cars looked like GTIs unless reps.
