Alloy wheels

Hey what's the best thing to use when cleaning up and polishing the wheels everytime I clean them they still have marks on them cheers

have you protected the wheels with wheel sealant...ie poor boys wheel sealant

Bilberry wheel cleaner... use that to start with. Then blast them with ironx to get rid of the stuck on brake dust particles.

Greeners:
As Rich has said they are probably metal deposits from the braking system so Iron-X will sort most of it. May well be some tar spots too so Tardis would be the next step!  :happy2:
