You mean where the paint is heated to a very high temp for curing that cannot be achieved by a bodyshop?

I'm sure bodyshops flat and mop before sending them back out??

He had the body shop 'mop' the marks left by the plastic, which has now left the car with swirls and holograms.
They do that yes, but they rarely if ever refine the swirl marks and holograms left by their 'mopping' process.
