M5 London:
Have a thorough check of all your vacuum pipes.

Good Luck !

Problem is is on going :(
Saturday night popped to the shops and pulled out onto the road and it happened, would rev past 3000 and was very slow to get to 3000 rpm, lasted for a few hundred yards and then was back on point with no problems. Someone has suggested the cat but not sure how trust worthy that may be. Still no lights coming up on the dash and nothing coming up on the diagnostics. Anyone got any other suggestions?

Scottymon:
Did you sort it?
Throttle body perhaps.

Still on going, I tried millers injector cleaner with every tank through the summer which seemed to clear it up but it's back. It's making me think it could be an injector problem. Any thoughts?

Anth:
Thought I would resurrect this as it is precisely the same issue. It's probably the same damn car! :)

It has been getting worse, sometimes just a couple of judders then runs fine. Today it was in a right state wouldn't rev jumping around, wasn't good. Getting it back to the garage tomorrow, although I'd put money on it that il start it up and drive it there without a single hiccup!

So far dv has been replaced full service plugs etc coolant fans.

Really driving me mad, it's my other halfs car who is 5 months pregnant and is very worried to drive it now.

Thought coils but when it's running ok it's fine good mpg certainly moves along quickly too. If a coil was dead it would be running badly all the time. Also apparently no faults read...

If anyone has any ideas? Getting a bit stuck with this now. Only had it two months starting to wish I hadn't bought it...

Cheers
