You had the same problem as I???the silicone pipe came off a few times when nick had it on there dyno for the custom mapping...it also came off when i was about 20miles from home...the car had no boost..

Hi Dan, I dont know the specifics as such with yr issue, all I know really is that there clearly is a relocation issue with 1 of the connections that apparently will affect boost..

I think nick said the boost isn't stable so it's hard to map..a issue with how the silicone pipe is located & the silicone pipe fell off during mapping on the dyno

Dan, yes, all to do with the location of this silicon hose I think, although way above my head, lol! U mite want to contact Dave at BCS, see exactly what he says, but note he is now aware of this issue as Nick suggested...
