R26.R - Nurburgring & Spa 2015

Such an awesome, special car. If I had one of these I don't think I'd ever want to sell it.
Has anyone read the story in the back of this month's Evo about the 73-year-old woman who has a modified R26R? She puts young Robin to shame!

completely agree. They have held their money fairly well too. Plus think of the money you save by not having to modify it to perform on track!!!
Just a cheeky £400 remap for an extra 40hp and then pretty much wave bye bye to every single hot hatch money can buy.
I would absolutely love to have one of these at some time in the future. I wonder if they will release an RS250-R version of the new Megane :surprised:
And as for that women :notworthy:

These are great cars but cant mod them like the vw range! I used have the F1 230 which was a good car but came back to a golf :happy2:
andrewparker:
Er, they don't need modifying! VW will never be brave enough to produce a car like the R26R.

Hero status achieved.
Great cars, now drive it instead of polishing it - otherwise all internet points will be removed.
