What settings do you guys use 1st or 2nd hole and what are your experiences with different settings

I've got mine set to medium on the rear (whitelines RARB has 3 holes) and 2nd hole (softer) on the front.  You don't want the front stiffer then the rear otherwise you'll get understeer. This setup suits road driving really well IMO, I might put them to the stiffer settings for my next track day.
