Thanks mate, it's been over a year since I updated it.

Took around 5 hours to do with lots of tea breaks.  Used the existing hoses and Dremelled the old couplings off and added some Jubillee clips to the new cooler. 

Didn't connect the bonnet release back up properly and closed the bonnet and couldn't get back under the hood  :fighting:

Read through loads of threads on how to open the bonnet, some of which involved writing off the front grill !!!!  In the end remove the offside arch liner reach up through and give the cable a good old yank, worked for me  :happy2:

How many screws did you have left over mate, I had 4  :grin: nothing's fell off/rattled so all good  :happy2:
