HIDS direct ltd 5 star customer service

  HIDS DIRECT LTD :happy2:   sent the wrong lead so I informed them and returned it the same day.
  They replied to my message  at once and acknowledged there was a mistake and the correct item would be posted to me  straight away

  Today,  to my disbelief I received a refund of the postage I paid to return the item (thats honesty for ya!)

  Well done to the customer services at HIDS DIRECT LTD
