S3 Intercooler into a GTi

Have been reliably informed that adding an S3 Intercooler into my GTi mite give me a few more horses, have many of you done this already?

It will help keep Air intake temperatures down, improving ability to push the performance envelope (I.e. stage2) and improve reliability....
