....That is exactly why I started this thread in the first place.

Kwik-Fit in particular and other chains of tyre fitters have generally a poor reputation. My experience of one ATS workshop has been excellent on 2 separate occasions now and so I thought it appropriate to post my findings and ask if others shared positive experiences (or not) about ATS.

As Andy points out: There are some good and bad ones, as in all chains of retailers etc. Personally, I think it's the staff which make an experience good or bad - They all use very similar tools and tyres are tyres.

Jesus, the lad needs to grow a thicker skin. He advocates free speech, then berates people for answering back with their own opinions.

Naturally I appreciate the posts which reassure me that I wasn't entirely in the wrong - Thank You's  :drinking: Without them I was inclined to question myself if I was out of order and to feel badly about it.
