Best polish for a black car that will fill in small scratches

<< < (2/4) > >>

Grande_GTi:
I'd be more inclined to use CG Black Hole to as it carrys filler and as its not a proper correction just beaware that compounds that carry filler do not correct nor last for a long time.

Definatly Look to wax it with something, Purple haze as some one above has said is a good bet.

Really new to the detailing.... Just used to clean my old heap with wash and wax..... But just picked up a black gti.

Do you need to apply something over the wax when you have applied it?

Thanks

Wax is your last step dude, it's everything before that!

robump:
Ahhhh ok! So it goes polish then seal then wax! Think I get it now!

Sorry to ask more stupid questions (and hijack the thread!) but what is everyone's shampoo of choice? Need to get some to starting washing along with a lambswool glove?

Thanks again

There are so many good shampoos, I don't tend to stick to one brand. At the moment I'm using Chemical Guys Citrus Wash & Gloss, which is very good.
