How to prevent frost forming

Just sent a few E-mails off to private vendors and Ebay vendors for this product. Requesting details of any discounts they're prepared to offer for multiple purchases.

Still up for this. Can it be extended to the glass cleaner ( the one they recommend before applying the smart glass)?
