Massive torque from this

Nice! Whats really interesting to me is the power curve difference to mine. Spool is a whole 750rpm later, shows what a good race developments did on the cylinder head porting and flowing. The aim was better low down response and thats exactly what I got.
Im still wondering if my 2.75" catback is holding power back a bit, I should really be a full 3", although I have 3.5" ambitions

2,75" must be a restriction, we are using 3,5" dp and 3" catback on the 2,0 TFSI above 450bhp :happy2:

Yeah im thinking to go to 3.5" ready for when i do inevitably go for more power, but right now I have my hands full with 3 other details of the car that need adressing.

Thanks guys. At times its tested my patience with the gearbox failures and then the injector failure, but everytime I drive it, I forgive her!

Right lets try a meaningful update here.
May 2014 I went to the ring, and whilst in stop start traffic in belgium, the syncromesh went in 1st and 2nd gear. Bugger. Still made it to the ring and back though.
Got back to england, bought a 2nd hand gearbox and fitted that.
Fast forward to April 15' and the car develops a suspension knock. Into AMD it goes and they find that one of the bilstein dampers is weeping. Off it goes to bilstein who repaired it free of charge and back onto the car.
I pick the car up and 2 mins down the road from AMD and injector 5 fails. Get towed back to AmD and replace all 5 injectors.
I then fit dunlop sportmaxx race tyres, which then start rubbing on the outside arches/paintwork. Seems that they are fair bit wider than the michelin supersports that they replaced. Aggro! They would probably fit fine if it wasnt for the 10mm spacers I have to run to clear the 8 pots.
Solution? Wide Arches. Pics in the links

I also fitted a boost gauge, need little mod, has the needle sweep, black face when the car is off, and fits perfectly into the air vent.

Then next on the list is further weight reduction. I had the car weighed when stock with nothing but a full milltek exhaust system at 1450kg with a quarter tank. Since then ive done the pole positions, titanium exhaust, rear seat removal and a lightweight battery will be on the way.
I estimate with all of these things the car probably weighs about 1365kg with a quarter tank.

The rear seat is still a work in progress, im going to have a setup similiar to that of the special edition mk1 audi tt quattro sport. Should look cool once the parts arrive and I can get it fabricated.
Also awaiting my APR mobile dongle, so I can easily communicate with APR Hq in the states, as they are making me a custom map. Flames have been requested
