why do you ask ?

There was a guy on EastSide VW who ordered some dear wax and as he is in the area I just thought there was a chance it was him. Think he drives/drove an A4 avant. The guy on EVW was selling 35g tubs to folk for £50...!

ok I will answer the question in a mature manor
yes the guys name is indeed mark

Daffy:
Best wax by far for black is Pinnacle Souveran, if you can still get it. The only problem is that it is about as durable as a snowball in a heat wave so needs to be applied after each weekly wash which can be a pia.
Other than that have to recommend Zaino Z8 awesome results and far easier to apply than any wax. Throw in a few other Zaino products into the prep and you have a car that will look fantastic.
However a final stage product is only as good as the prep work you put in so a clay, de-con and a machine polish will give better results on their own without a final product than any wax or sealant on a car that has not the above treatment.

dont want to jack the thread, but whats best for the Tornado Red Paint?

plex:
I use Wolfgang for candy paint ;)
There are a lot of sealant / glazes.

But the best it depends on your experience and your feelings ^^
You can try Zaino, Wolfgang, AutoGlym, Swissvax ...
And it depends of the price :D some sealants can be 100£ ...
