Thanks jonny, thing im worried about is ,if it is left then i dont want to get a court order for not paying. Is it wise to phone welcome break to solve the problem, if it was all organise between you and them then surely they can get it cancelled.

Yes I got a massively overpriced BK, did you buy anything? Checked and no fine, unless a council fine I will not pay as I don't think I am legally obliged to
