Regarding the original meet at South Mimms, I was wondering if anyone has had the latest letter from 'Parking Eye'?? I got one through the post this morning, recorded deliery. Apparently I have got another 14days to pay the £100 fine/charge, how generous. If I dont then they will take me to court and so on.

I'll pm you in a bit. They gave up on me in march. They seem to think the legislation supports them and that they can issues county court papers. Still not the case.

I'll do a pm in the morning to all you lovely people who have 'The Letter'. Dw, still file ATM. Still don't need to do anything per se yet. Should be said that parking eye are automatically putting All their 'charges' through like this. That's nearly 1000 a day. You still won't need to pay anything but the approach is slightly different. We'll sort this!!
