Swirl marks on rear lights

Hey peeps,

Got my LED's on the back of my car now, they look good but slightly dull. Anyone recommend anything to bring back the shine? Was in Halfords but I didn't fancy paying £20 on maguires restoration kit, is this any good or anyone got anything else they recommend?

Save yourself £15 and use wet and dry paper in various grades, a spray bottle with some dilute washing solution and bucket of water and some good old fashioned elbow grease. It works.
