how do they perform with each other?

From the people I know with both, they work fine together. I am assuming you have OEM Bluetooth kit.

no i'm all aftermarket, i currently have the avic900

but changing my phone, more than likely to an iphone, plus fancied a head unit change too

so aside the 510 do i need another kit for bluetooth then?

Well I have RNS 510 and my old Skoda/OEM Vag bluetooth kit.
It hates Symbian (S60) Nokias but is good with Sony Ericsson and Piephone.

Piephone should be fine VC. :smiley:

i need to look out for a B version is that right? newer version
